The Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand (CCiNZ) has announced today that they have signed Drake New Zealand as Gold Sponsor of the Institute, putting its weight behind the New Zealand contact centre industry.

Fifth Quadrant has extended the deadline for participating in the 2011 Contact Centre Industry Market Report for New Zealand and Australia.
