NZ-Based Webinars coming to CCiNZ Members

One issue that we have here in New Zealand is that many webinars are broadcast from the USA or UK, topics aren’t tailored to New Zealand Contact Centres, and unless you like being at your desk at 2am with a mug of Milo you won’t be able to join in with the live Q&A session either.
It’s not surprising that Webinars are becoming increasingly popular. In short a webinar is an online seminar in which a moderator presents information to an audience who come together, ‘virtually’. Attendees learn about topics relevant to their work, with the opportunity to ask live questions all from the comfort of their desk. No expensive training fees or travel costs incurred and no time away from the office required.
Amtel Communications is working with CCiNZ to bring the Contact Centre industry a series of webinars, live from New Zealand and relevant to New Zealand. We’d like you to help us generate some thought provoking topics. So we are undertaking The Contact Centre 2 minute Survey with CCiNZ.
The survey, being distributed solely to New Zealand based Contact Centres, will give an insight into the contact centre situation, looking at challenges faced, primary objectives, technology developments and Social Media adoption. The survey findings will drive the topics that are covered in forthcoming webinars, so take a breather from your day and spend a couple of minutes completing the survey.
All completed surveys received before Friday 17 February will go into a draw to win a $200 restaurant voucher to the venue of your choice. Good luck!
