Refund & Cancellation Policy

CCiNZ requires 3 clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund. Unless otherwise stated expressly a 15% administration charge will apply. If you are unable to give such notice you may arrange another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full conference/event fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However you can still receive the conference documentation.

CCiNZ reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices and venues. Should a conference or event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it.
